It is a really awesome website. Basically you print out a template, write letters in the spaces with your handwriting, scan it and they will generate your font in under a minute. AND ITS COMPLETELY FREE
(yes, all that is my own personal handwriting using the font I made with their website. I encourage everyone to try it out.)

im also really glad you arent using reflections, some people do that to try to imitate apple and overcompensate. Apple is toning it down anyway in conjunction with their new design motif (aqua is being replaced by something called "marble", which is basically the itunes 8 style interface).
